Spa Health, Safety & Guidelines (Covid-19)
We always look forward to serving our Spa Members and Guests. But, we also understand that following proper Health and Safety Protocols must always be our Number One Priority.
 
Please Read and Familiarize Yourself with the Guidelines Below: 
 
This is what YOU can do to keep it safe for everyone:
 
  •    Please contact us to reschedule or cancel your appointment if you are sick, or you are exhibiting any of the following:
    • Serious Symptoms: (Seek immediate medical attention if you have Serious Symptoms)

    • difficulty breathing or shortness of breathchest pain or pressureloss of speech or movement.

    • Most Common Symptoms:

    • feverdry coughtiredness, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.

    • Other Possible Symptoms:

    • aches and pains, sore throat, diarrhea, conjunctivitisheadacheloss of taste or smell, loss of appetite.

    • If you have travelled in the last 14 days or have been visiting family or friends with the above symptoms,
      please reschedule or cancel your appointment.


      Upon Arrival to Your Scheduled Appointment:

    • Please do not bring any outside food or drinks into the Spa.

    • All Spa Guests will be required to answer Health Screening questions when booking appointments and upon arrival.

    • Please be on time for your appointment. If you arrive early for your appointment, please call us to advise of your arrival, and remain in your vehicle until someone either calls you, or comes out to get you, as we may be serving another Spa Guest.

    • FACE MASKS are Mandatory at all times. If you do not arrive with your own face mask, one will be provided at $2. 

    • Upon arrival you will be required to wash your hands at our sanitizing station. Hand sanitizer and disposable paper towels will also be provided.

    • All Spa Guests are required to maintain Physical Distancing Practices and remain 6 feet (2 meters) from each other.

    • Up to Two (2) People will be allowed in the Spa at a time. Only One (1) Person is allowed in a Treatment Room at a time. 

    • If possible, please avoid wearing jewelry to your appointment.

    • Please keep your phone in your handbag or pocket during your appointment.

 

Here’s what WE do to keep it safe for everyone:
 
    • We will be providing Spa Services by appointment only. No walk-in appointments will be accepted. So please call first.

    • Until further guidelines are provided by Government, any services requiring the removal of a mask are temporarily on hold. 

    • We Sanitize and Disinfect High-Contact surfaces before, between and at the end of each client appointment. 

    • We have made available, Face Masks to ALL Spa Guests, if they do not arrive with their own.

    • We have provided a Sanitizing Station for Hand Washing and made Hand Sanitizer available to ALL of our arriving Spa Guests

    • We will only allow Two (2) People at any time in the Spa & Salon.

    • Treatment Tables, Chairs, Work Tools and Equipment are Sanitized, before and between each Client Appointment.

    • Linens, Towels, Robes are Washed and Sanitized after every single use (Standard Procedure)

    • The Spa including: Common Areas & Bathrooms are Sanitized between bookings and at the beginning and end of each day.

    • Spa employees will wear Personal Protective Gear while with Clients (Masks, Gloves and Face Shields as applicable)

  •    Notes:
  •    Please be advised that a small Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitization fee of $3. may be charged, apart from regular service fees.
