Once your service is complete, you can relax in our Spa lounge, and enjoy a complementary herbal tea to complete your experience. This massage technique involves soft touch without deep pressure to allow soothing and warming of the muscles and relaxation of the mind. This service can be booked as a stand alone Spa service, or it can be added as the perfect precursor or after service, to a Float Session or any one of our Spa Relaxation Services. EUROPEAN CUPPING (Without heat and NO bruising) this Relaxation Massage Technique is a modern take on ancient cupping treatment that uses flexible silicone cups and wellness oils to increase circulation, promote lymphatic drainage, and relieve muscle tension, aiming for a deeply relaxing experience. HOT STONE is a type of Relaxation Massage Technique that uses gently heated, smooth stones to apply Soothing Heat and Gentle Pressure to the body, promoting relaxation, reducing muscle tension, and improving circulation.
